Our quilt club meeting occurred last week. The fantastic ladies showed off their blocks of the month. Here is mine.

Everyone’s blocks look great. I can’t wait to see them all on a quilt top. I’m always surprised how just the difference in the colors makes the blocks look different from each other. Please let me know which are your favorites.

It has been fun. We show our blocks one at a time. It’s pretty crowded in the class so I’m surprised the picture mostly came out well.

There’s not a bad one in the bunch! I usually like high-contrast over blendy, but I found myself really liking the blendy one in the third picture. Of all the blocks, though, if I made one, it would be more like yours than any of the others. I was amused by that.

This looks like such a fun thing to do! I love how everyone’s block is different, not just in color but also in value placement. Really changes the look of the block. Yours is lovely. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.

Hi Christine, I am pleased with my work on this. The points are sharp. I think it may be due to the templates and accurate cutting. They seem to be coming together quite easily.
